Tyga and Madelaine Petsch are “definitely” a couple.
“They’ve been dating for about four months,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly of Tyga, 35, and Petsch, 30.
According to the source, the pair met before his 35th birthday in November 2024. The rapper and actress kept their romance under wraps, but sparked relationship rumors when they were photographed at a Lakers game together last month. They subsequently stepped out at the Vanity Fair and Instagram Celebrate Vanities: A Night for Young Hollywood party in Los Angeles on February 26.
Their romance comes after Petsch’s split from boyfriend Anthony Li.

The Riverdale actress had posted several photos with Li in February 2024 and a screenshot of their text messages, which read, “How do i [sic] say i’m celebrating 10 years of knowing you today without confusing the internet.”
Li replied, “Say ‘finally let this one bust out the friendzone and i’ve never been happier !!!! !!!!!!!!!”
Before taking her relationship with Li to the next level, Petsch dated Travis Mills for three years.

“Our relationship has been in the public eye for the last 3 years. What’s ironic about my most public relationship is that behind the scenes, it was the most non-superficial & grounding experience in my life,” Mills, 35, wrote via Instagram in February 2020 about their split. “While it pains me our journey has come to a close, I mean it when I say I’m so incredibly grateful to have shared the last 3 years with someone as compassionate, smart & wonderful as Madelaine. The personal growth made possible by our time together I wouldn’t trade for anything.”
Mills noted that “there’s no possible way to capture a love of this scale or its significance” in a single post, adding, “We were in it together. It challenged me, kept me honest, made me more compassionate, and helped me do some very necessary growing up. The highest highs were made better, the lowest lows were livable, because of her.”
He continued: “I’ve learned so much about myself & life from that unconditional love and support. While I’m holding back tears, I’m excited to see what you do next. I’ll always have your back.”

Tyga, meanwhile, was married to Jordan Craig (the mother of Tristan Thompson’s eldest child) from 2010 to 2011. He later found love with Blac Chyna. The duo, who share son King Cairo, 12, dated from 2011 to 2014. Tyga subsequently moved on with Kylie Jenner, which made headlines at the time for their age gap. (Jenner, now 27, is seven years younger than Tyga.)
Ahead of his romance with Petsch, Tyga was spotted spending time with Avril Lavigne. “There was nothing specific that happened, their relationship had simply run its course,” an insider told Us in October 2023 after the Tyga and Lavigne’s connection fizzled out. “It was a clean breakup.”
